we are creative writers, who specialise in unknown but true Original content
Our studios specialise in true & Inspirational historical dramas that are in danger of becoming forgotten.
We research and develop bold stories into proposals for movies, doucmentaries and mini series. In keeping with our collaborative approach, we subsequently enter into partnerships with producers and global distribution partners to create grounding breaking projects, maximising its commercial potential.
We also believe in giving something back and as such in keeping with our humanitarian approach, we also look to raise the profile of an associated good cause whose work resonates with our projects. We are also happy to donate a percentage of Just Druid’s profit to the good cause.
With over 100 years business experience in researching and developing products for fast growth and FTSE100 companies, the founders of Just Druid have taken this expertise and created a new way of creating projects for the media industry - It’s called The Just Druid Way©
We have set up this Development company, where original ideas are researched, trialled and piloted. Those projects strong enough, are subsequently rolled out into separate limited companies, where they will be developed further into £ multi-million commercial projects for today’s media industries -
Our previous successes tell us that a combination of ambitious business goals, planning, original ideas by people with proven “insight” and then working with young talented creative graduates, will deliver proposals for new and exciting original products.
The first of these is an 18 month collaboration with Lt General Jonathon Riley CB DSO and a new Limited company has been created to drive forward the production of this exciting and unique miniseries for global markets
As we have recently commemorated the 100th Anniversary of the end of WW1, our development company has also provided Britain’s oldest military charity, SSAFA with two films - one about a staff nurse and the second about an officer who both made the ultimate sacrifice for their country at the Battle of Passchendaele - to help SSAFA raise awareness of the work they do for injured veterans
